Stephen is formerly Managing Director of Tartana Minerals and is currently Chairman of Breakaway Investment Group and a director of Southwest Pacific Bauxite (HK) Ltd, which is developing a bauxite project in the Solomon Islands.

Mathew Hancock is a minerals processing professional with many years of hands-on experience across hard-rock and alluvial operations.

He has played a key role in mineral processing technology development, including Newmont's Tanami Gold Operations parallel milling project, and has been involved in the design and construction of skid-based hard-rock and alluvial processing plants.

Mathew is a former director of Tartana Minerals and Managing Director of Viking Hoard Pty Ltd, a privately owned small-scale hard-rock mining operation in Far North Queensland. He has been instrumental in refurbishing and recommissioning heap-leach, solvent-extraction and crystallisation operations at the Tartana mine site near Chillagoe.

His practical processing and operational expertise supports Alluvial Mining Lease Trading Pty Ltd in evaluating lease opportunities and connecting sellers with buyers and investors.

Toby Bartrop brings financial, commercial and business development experience to Alluvial Mining Lease Trading Pty Ltd.

He has worked across Big Four professional services and resource-sector advisory roles, gaining experience in financial analysis, due diligence, business assessment and capital markets communications. He previously worked as an Analyst at a resource-focused research company, supporting investor presentations and transaction-related materials for Australian resource companies.
